LOOPED – TERMS & CONDITIONS (v1.1)

By creating an account, listing tickets, purchasing tickets, or using Looped in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Use of the Platform
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- List only authentic tickets that you legally own and have the right to resell
- Purchase tickets for personal use and comply with event entry rules
- Use fair, community-friendly pricing
- Not engage in scalping, fraud, misuse, or abusive behavior
Looped reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
2. Communication Consent
By using Looped, you consent to being contacted by Looped via:
- Phone
- SMS
for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Account support and troubleshooting
- Ticket verification and dispute resolution
- Fraud prevention and security checks
- Issues related to listings, purchases, or payouts
- Feedback and product improvement
- Updates to platform features or policies
This communication is essential to operating the platform safely and effectively.
3. Fair Resale Policy
Looped is built to support access and community trust, not aggressive or exploitative resale practices.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit listing prices
- Remove listings
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts
- Decline, reverse, or cancel transactions
if we detect abusive pricing, fraud, repeated disputes, or behavior that harms the Looped community.
4. Escrow, Disputes & Invalid Tickets
4.1 Escrow & Payouts
Funds from ticket sales are held in escrow until after the event ends.
Seller payouts are released two (2) days after the event, unless a dispute, investigation, or fraud check applies.
4.2 Buyer Responsibility (Entry Issues)
Looped does not have the technical ability to independently verify whether a ticket has been used or rejected at entry.
If a buyer is denied entry due to an invalid, duplicate, or already-used ticket, the buyer must:
- Report the issue immediately at the point of entry, and
- Submit the report no later than the end of the event, or within three (3) hours after the scheduled event end time, whichever comes first
Reports made after this window will not be eligible for refunds or disputes.
4.3 Seller Responsibility (Ticket Validity)
By listing a ticket, the seller confirms that:
- The ticket is authentic, unused, and valid for entry
- The ticket has not been shared, duplicated, or previously sold elsewhere
- The seller has full legal right to resell the ticket
If a valid dispute is raised within the reporting window:
- The ticket will be immediately revoked
- The buyer will be refunded
- The seller will be notified
- Looped may conduct a reasonable investigation, which may include requesting information from the buyer, seller, or event organizer
Repeated listing of invalid or non-working tickets may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
4.4 Investigation & Finality
Looped may conduct reasonable investigations to assess disputes but does not guarantee independent verification of entry decisions made at venues.
If no dispute is raised within the reporting window, the ticket will be deemed successfully used, and the seller will be eligible for payout.
All decisions made after the reporting window has closed are final.
5. User Data & Privacy
User data is handled in accordance with Looped's Privacy Policy, which must be read and accepted before using the platform.
6. Account Suspension & Enforcement
Looped may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or invalid tickets are uploaded
- Suspicious, abusive, or harmful activity is detected
- Reasonable verification requests are refused
- Repeated disputes indicate misuse of the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
Looped is not responsible for:
- Losses caused by user fraud
- Incorrect, misleading, or invalid listings uploaded by users
- Entry decisions made by event organizers or venues
- Technical issues outside Looped's reasonable control
8. Updates to Terms
Looped may update these Terms from time to time. You may be required to accept updated versions before continuing to use the platform.
