LOOPED – TERMS & CONDITIONS (v1.0)

By creating an account, listing tickets, or using Looped in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Use of the Platform

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • List only authentic tickets you have the legal right to sell
  • Use fair, community-friendly pricing
  • Not engage in scalping, fraud, or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

2. Communication Consent

When you use Looped, you consent to being contacted by Looped via:

  • Phone
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

for purposes including:

  • Account support or troubleshooting
  • Ticket verification
  • Fraud prevention and security checks
  • Feedback and product improvement
  • Issues relating to your listings or purchases
  • Updates to policies or platform features

This communication is part of operating the platform safely and effectively.

3. Fair Resale Policy

Looped is built to support community access, not aggressive scalping. We may:

  • Limit prices
  • Remove listings
  • Restrict or suspend accounts
  • Decline or reverse transactions

if we detect abusive or unfair pricing, fraud, or behavior that harms the community.

4. Escrow & Payouts

Funds from ticket sales are held in escrow until after the event ends.

Your funds are released 2 days after the event ends, unless disputes or fraud checks apply.

Payout fees and rules are clearly explained in the product flow.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which you must read and accept before using Looped.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You upload fraudulent or invalid tickets
  • Suspicious or harmful activity is detected
  • You refuse reasonable verification checks

7. Limitation of Liability

Looped is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by user fraud
  • Incorrect or misleading listings uploaded by users
  • Technical issues outside our control

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. You may be required to accept updated versions before continuing to use the platform.
